Our Values

1

Clinical First

Every feature is designed around the physician's workflow, not the payer's or pharmacy convenience.

2

Patient Centered

Every authorization represents a patient's access to therapy. We treat every case accordingly.

3

Zero Friction

If a staff member has to intervene, we haven't done our job.

4

Always Learning

Every case outcome teaches the engine. Approval rates improve with every submission.

Founding Team

Sari Edelman, D.O.

Co-Founder, CEO & CMO

Board-Certified Rheumatologist

With twenty years of experience in rheumatology, Dr. Edelman has deep expertise in biologic therapy, J-code billing, buy-and-bill strategy, and payer navigation. She founded BioProRx after experiencing firsthand how specialty prescribing and prior authorization delays harm patients and consume clinical resources. As CEO and CMO, she leads clinical strategy, product direction, and the mission to make The Approval Engine the standard of care in specialty prescribing medicine.

Bryant Scott

Co-Founder & CFO

Financial Services Expert

Bryant is the co-founder and CFO of BioProRx, an AI-powered prior authorization copilot built for specialty practices. He leads the company's financial strategy and go-to-market execution — with a focus on reducing the administrative burden that slows biologics access for patients who need it most. Since graduating from Binghamton University in 1996, Bryant has built a distinguished career in financial services, accumulating decades of experience navigating complex, process-driven industries. That background gave him a unique perspective on where intelligent automation can make the greatest impact — and ultimately led him to co-found BioProRx.
